Alex Mendieta

Alex Mendieta, 61, was born December 6, 1960, in Victoria, Texas. He passed away on Tuesday July 12, 2022, in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel Mendieta Sr & Leonides Treviño Mendieta, his Tia Rosa Mendieta, his brother Frank T. Mendieta, nephews Frankie Mendieta, and L.A. Valenzuela.

Alex is survived by his son Alex Mendieta Jr (Gracie) of Victoria; sister, Lucy Valenzuela (Louis) of Houston; brothers, Manuel Mendieta Jr. of Houston, Robert Mendieta of Victoria, John T. Mendieta (Rose T.) of Austin, and Tony Mendieta (Bertha) of Victoria; and grandchildren, Alyda, Alexis, Alex Mendieta III, and Chris Olvera. Three great grandchildren. He also leaves behind his niece Michelle Valenzuela and nephew Bobby Mendieta who were always by his side. Alex leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
