He is preceded in death by his parents Apolonio Tellez & Aurora Ruiz Tellez, and son Erik Tellez.Apolinar is survived by his spouse, Isabell Tellez, of 47 years of marriage. Sons; Polo Tellez & wife Rosa and Carlos Tellez & wife Joanie. Daughter, Monica Tellez & husband Russell Foster. Daughter-in-law, Priscilla Tellez.
