Billie Jean Spurlock

Billie Jean Spurlock 1959 – 2017Billie Jean Spurlock, 58, was called home on April 17, 2017.  She was born on January 29, 1959 and is survived by her husband of 40 years, Alvin Calvin Spurlock.  Her daughter Donya Spurlock, Brother Willie Burns Jr., and his wife Shelley, Sisters Mary Shoemaker, Marty Kelley and her husband Ricky.  Survivors also include her grandchildren Deanna, Kayla, Morgan and Leilani.  The visitation will be held on Tuesday April 25th 2017 at Rios Funeral Directors and a private family memorial service will be conducted.
