Carol A. Willard, 78, was born November 23, 1944 in Houston, Texas. She passed away February 10, 2023 in New Caney, Texas. She is preceded by her husband, Gary Wayne Willard, of 52 years of marriage, daughter Julie Willard, parents Ralph Jones & Theresa Noskrent Jones, and grandchild Danica.

Carol is survived by her sons Joseph Willard & wife Susana and Jeremy Willard, Jill Craft & husband Rob and Crystal Willard, sister Barbara (Bobbie) Allen, grandchildren; David, Dean, Joey, Audrey, Rhys, Aaron, Ana, Stana, Shan, and Alec, as well as twelve great grandchildren.
