Charles Jackson Harrell, 41 was born June 21, 1978 in Houston, Texas and passed away on October 7, 2019 in Oshkosh, Nebraska.He is survived by his father; Eli Harrell, mother; Marion Harrell, sons; Michael Tyler Harrell and wife Shana and Eli Joseph Harrell. Also surviving numerous aunts and uncles, other loving family members and a host of friends.Visitation will be held on Monday, October 14, 2019 from 5-8pm at Rios Funeral Directors. Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at 11:30am at Pace Stancil Memorial Park.
