Charlotte "Sandy" Sisney

Charlotte “Sandy” Sisney, 69, was born March 8, 1953 in Marshall, Texas. She passed away January 25, 2023 in her home surrounded by her loving family in New Caney, Texas. She is preceded by her stepdaughter Connie MacMurray, parents Dorman & Julia Hill, her brother Major Hill, and sister Karolyn-Ann Ballentine.

Sandy is survived by her husband of 27 years Dale Sisney, daughter Julie Keeth, stepdaughter Mary Sisney Leiser, and stepson David Sisney, brother Bill Hill, sister Elizabeth Hill Sanchez, eight grandchildren; Courtney Cassidy, Garrett Keeth, Chloe Wooldridge, Zachary Lieser, Matthew Lieser, Alex Pierson, Courtney MacMurry, and Brittany MacMurry, and two great grandchildren Wyatt and Lilly Cassidy.
