She passed away in her home surrounded by her family on March 19, 2021 in Spring, Texas.She is preceded in death by her father, Alton D. Massey. Cynthia is survived by her husband of 49 years of marriage, Bradley Hall. Daughters; Nicole Dianne Zierke and late husband Steven Paul, Sheri Janette Archibald and husband Jason Marshall, and Barrette Tamara Williams and husband Daniel Lee. Mother, Janealee Inez Manning. Nine grandchildren; Lauren L., Lauren A., Courtney A., Taylor A., Sydney A., Bailey H., Jackson Z., Bella Grace W., and Beatrice W. Four great grandchildren; Isabelle L., C.J. A., Benjamin R., and Steven A. Viewing will be held from 11am to 2pm Tuesday March 23, 2021 at Rios Funeral Directors with services following at 2pm.
