“Deeann Marie Green, aged 50, of Kingwood, Texas, peacefully passed away on October 18, 2023. Born on August 7, 1973, in Conroe, Texas, she was the beloved daughter of Walter and Mary Anderson.
Deeann will be forever remembered for her unwavering faith, her gentle spirit, and her boundless love for others. Throughout her life, she exemplified the timeless values of humility, compassion, and respect for all. Her selflessness and unwavering devotion to her loved ones were a testament to her remarkable character, and she earned the admiration and love of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
In her leisure time, Deeann found solace within the pages of the Bible and other treasured books. Her love for literature allowed her to embark on countless journeys of the imagination, and she found joy and inspiration in the power of written words.
A heartfelt service to honor Deeann's life will be held on October 24, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Rios Funeral Directors in New Caney, Texas and then laid to rest at the Old Home Cemetery in Joaquin, Texas.
Deeann is survived by her devoted husband, James Green; her cherished children, Jamie Gasser and husband Florian Gasser, Jimmy Green and wife Tiffany Green, and Destiny Green; her loving mother, Mary Anderson; her sisters, Lisa Turner and partner Gary Stone, Theresa Hohmann and husband Robert Hohmann and Diann Gansky and partner Darren Wolf. Grandchildren Kristopher and Kaili Short and Heather and Brock Green. As well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her dear father, Walter Anderson.
As we gather to pay our respects and celebrate Deeann's remarkable life, let us be inspired by her unwavering faith, her gentle nature, and her enduring love for others. May her memory continue to guide us towards lives filled with humility, compassion, and respect for all. May she find eternal peace in the embrace of the Divine and may her legacy forever shine as a beacon of light in our hearts.”
