Donald Lee Barr, 62, was born on October 7, 1960 in Topeka, Kansas. He passed away on Tuesday November 15, 2022 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Franklin McArthur Barr & Teresa Ann Barr, and two brothers Michael Besserman and Mark Barr.

Donald is survived by his wife, Michelle Rene Barr, of 31 years of marriage, three brothers Frank Barr, Brian Barr, and Robert Barr, and one sister Sandy Rushton.

A private service will be held by the family.
