Donald Neil Webb, 60 was born on November 15,1957. He passed away on August 31,2018. He is survived by his loving wife of 9 years Thanh Nguyen. Sons, J.D. Webb, Ricky Webb and Kevin Truong. Daughter, Bess Webb Lassuy. Brother, Joe Ray Webb. Also survived by his mother, Helen Webb and 5 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, R.L. Webb. Funeral service will be held Wednesday September 5, 2018 at 4pm with visitation following until 8pm at Rios Funeral Directors in New Caney.
