She passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 in her home surrounded by her loving family in New Caney, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Smith of 46 years of marriage and parents RD Spann, and Wanda Spann, and Son David Smith.Donna is survived by her sons, Richard Smith, and Jason Smith. Daughter-in-laws, Julie Smith and Pam Smith. Brothers; Kenneth Spann, Robert Spann, Tommy Spann, Garry Spann, and Randy Spann. Sisters; Karen Weese, Sandra Spann, and Tammy Spann. Four grandchildren; Brittany Smith, Justin Smith, Courtney Smith, and Jacob Smith.
