Effie Juanell Tope

Effie Juanell Tope (77) was born November 20, 1946 in Houston, Texas and passed away on June 30, 2024 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband Gerald Tope, son David Tope, daughter Patricia Williams, parents Cecil & Betty Anice Rhea, brothers; Albert Chancey, Russell Chancey, Cecil Rhea, Johnny Rhea, Cody Chancey, and her sister Sharon Rhea.

 Effie is survived by her son Gerald Tope Jr., her sister Nancy Chancey, grandsons; Matthew Tope & wife Kimberly, Shane Williams, Dalton Williams & wife Brittany, Patrick Stott & family, Christopher Tope, granddaughters; Megan Williams, Hailey Williams & husband Kyler Sr., Brittany Tope & family, Crystal Tope, and great grandchildren; Blandon, Jonathan, Phoebe, Levi, Kyler Jr., Dixie, Klayton, and Hunter.
