Elizabeth “Betty” Burciaga

Elizabeth “Betty” Burciaga, 77 was born on January 13, 1942 in Houston, Texas.   She passed away on February 13, 2019.  She is preceded in death by her father; Estanislao Sanchez; mother; Odelia Jaurequi, brothers; Henry, Ruben, sisters; Noemi and Elma.She is survived by her husband of 12 years; Geronimo Ortiz. Daughters; Judy Alcala and husband Gilbert, Liz Gomez and husband Alex and Lily Aranda and husband Johnny. Brothers; Rudy Sanchez and Daniel Sanchez.She also leaves behind nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren, a large church family, many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.Visitation will be held on Sunday February 17, 2019 at 2pm to 5pm at Rios Funeral Directors.Service will be held on Monday February 18, 2019 at Manantial de Vida @ 2810 Lauder Rd at 11 am.Celebration of Life Gravesite Service will be held 12 noon Saturday February 23, 2019 at Brookside Memorial Park
