Elouise Garcia Chavez

It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Elouise Chavez. Born on August 26, 1958, in Houston, Texas. She departed from this life on January 13, 2025. A greatly cherished woman, she was the embodiment of hard work, loyalty, and protection. Generous and loving in every aspect of her life, her personality left an indelible mark on those privileged to know her. Elouise leaves behind a legacy of love and generosity. 

Elouise is survived by her sons Rudy Ruiz & wife Tina, John Mendoza, Arturo Mendoza Jr. & Bryanna Breland, five brothers, two sisters, eleven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. 

Elouise was a one in a million woman, an irreplaceable figure in our lives. She will forever be remembered for her love and generosity. As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate her life, cherishing the moments of joy, laughter and love we shared. As she soars high in heaven, we look forward to a joyful reunion in happier times. Fly high, mom, until we meet again.
