Gilbert Leon Bond

Gilbert Leon Bond, age 72, was born in Houston, Texas on March 25, 1951. He peacefully passed away on July 15, 2023, in New Caney, Texas. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Thomas Preston and Billie Jena Bond, as well as his brothers: Mike Bond, Robert (Bobby) Bond, Larry Bond, Stan Bond, and Tommy Bond.

Gilbert leaves behind a legacy of love and family. He is survived by his devoted sons, Thomas Bond (spouse Nissa) and John Bond (spouse Eunice), as well as his cherished daughter, Antonia Bond. In addition, Gilbert is remembered by his sisters, Sandy Bond and Sherrie Peltier. He was also a loving grandfather to his four grandchildren: Tyler, Jason, Julieann, and Kara who brought him immense joy.

Gilbert's life was marked by his unwavering love and dedication to his family. His warm presence and caring nature will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he find eternal peace as he roams the heavenly fields, huntingalongside his beloved friends running dogs, and tending to trout lines that stretch along the ethereal waters.
