She is preceded in death by her husband James Anthony Gauthier II, son James (Jamie) Anthony Gauthier III, parents Sterling Joseph Hebert Jr & Rose Aimee Landry Hebert, and sister Victoria Theresa Hebert.Hazel is survived by her partner Donald Lee Wasurick of 14 years together. Daughter Kristina Lynn Gauthier Cikalo & husband William Scott Cikalo.
