He is preceded in death by his wife, Jodell Wells and mother, Mialma Jean Goodwin.Johnny is survived by his son, Jay Wells. Daughter, Lashawna Rhoden and husband Allen. Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 1, 2021 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at Rios Funeral Directors.Service will begin at 12:30 pm Monday, March 1, 2021 at Rios Funeral Directors. Graveside service begins 2:30 pm at Brookside Memorial Park 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
