Johnny Walter Phillips, 71, was born December 13, 1948, in Conroe, Texas. He passed away on January 17, 2020 in Cypress, Texas.Johnny is preceded in death by parents; Lea Phillips and Tressie Staggs and sister, Dolores Williams. He is survived by siblings; Lowayne Holt, Maxine Daniel, Lenora Kay, Lea Roach, Evelyn Rutledge, Susan Bromlow, Brenda Garrett and James Ellis and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held 2:00pm Thursday January 23, 2020 at Rios Funeral Directors.
