Margie Sue Lawson, 87, was born on June 11, 1935 in Cedar Hill, OK. She passed away on Sunday June 26, 2022, in Conroe, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband Elgin Thomas Lawson, sons Michael Ray Lawson, Randy Allen Lawson, parents James Walter Downey & Polly Crowson.
Margie is survived by her son James E. Lawson Sr. & Linda Trang, daughter Gaytha & Dave Brown, and daughter-in-law Sharon Lawson. Grandchildren: Michael & Debra Lawson, Brandon & Rachel Lee, Casey & TJ Knox, Amanda & Mike McLeod, Jessica & Frank Galindo, Thomas & Mary Brown, James Lawson Jr. & Brooke Glenn, and Matthew Lawson & Kristen VanPelt. She was also blessed with twenty great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
