Richard is survived by his son Richard Charles Rhoads II & wife Terena, daughters Chelsea Rhoads and Jessica Rhoads, his mother Rose Rhoads, brothers Terry Rhoads and Johnny Rhoads, four grandchildren Christopher Dawson, Brittany Rhoads, Danielle Rhoads, Corey Dawson, and one great grandchildren Scarlett Dawson.
