Daughters: Briana, Jade, Laila, and Maryjane; mother Kathy Hart; sister Stacy Hart-Ellis; nephews and niece Logan, Zoe, and Parker. Daughter-in-law Cassy Peters and Brother-in-law Kirk Ellis. A private service will be held by the family.
