July 11, 1958 ~ September 13, 2021 Terry Joe Swiger, 63, was born on July 11, 1958 in Moundsville, West Virginia. He passed away in Humble, Texas on September 13, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents; Mother Judy Frazier, Joe Frazier, Carl Swiger Foxpool, daughter Crystal Swiger, and brother Danny Swiger. Terry Joe (TJ) is survived by his spouse Laura Swiger of 38 years of marriage. Sons; Tony Arocha and wife Claudia, and Terry Joe Swiger II. Daughters; Michelle Mullen and husband Michael, and Tuesday Swiger. Brothers; Michael Frazier, Ricky Swiger, and Kevin Swiger. Sister Tracy Frazier. Four nieces and nephews, Jordan Cochran, Brooke Cochran, Jessalyn Cochran and Nicholas Cochran. Twelve grandchildren: Courtney Martinez, Tenicia McRay, Gaige McRay, Theodore Arocha, Erin Mullen, Zoey Swiger, Dravin Keys, Isabel Arocha, Olivia Arocha, Malina Keys, Avery Mullen, and Jace Keys, and seven great grandchildren: Paisley Donalson, Bentley Beckler, Memphis Austin, Dallas Beckler, Layne Austin, Josephine McRay, and Huxley Beckler. Viewing will be held Friday September 24, 2021 from 1pm to 4pm in the chapel of Rios Funeral Directors 21036 Loop 494, New Caney, TX 77357 with a service beginning at 4pm.
