Troy Blair

Troy (Pete) Otis Blair, 78, was born on November 24, 1944, in Broadbranch, FL. He passed away on January 11, 2023, in Cleveland, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Lennie Lee Blair. His brother Owen Blair, and sister Flossie Lee Culpan.

Pete is survived to cherish all his best memories by his wife of 58 years or marriage, Jeannette Blair who he loved very much. His sons Troy Otis Blair, Jr and wife Tracy. John Odis Blair and wife Rae Jean, and Mark Jason Blair and wife Danielle. Uncle Coy Williams and wife Mary. His two sisters Joann Britt and husband Anthony and Vera McCarty and husband Wayne. Sister-in-law Cornelia Blair. His grandchildren; Joshua Blair and wife Leslie, Rachel Blair and husband Michael, Aaron Blair, Errick Blair and wife Michelle, Joanna Blair Sims and husband Ben, Krystal Blair Holloway and husband Chandler, Dan Blair, Jasey Blair, Jayla Blair, Jason Pangarakis, as well as numerous of great grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
