William “Bill” Culpepper Jr.

William Joseph Culpepper, 58 was born October 29, 1961 to William Culpepper Sr and Diane Dowdell in Houston, Texas. He passed away April 13, 2020 in Kingwood, Texas. Bill spent his lifetime in Southeast Texas. He was a man who enjoyed people and helping them to the best of his ability.  He was an avid freshwater fisherman specializing in catfish. He is preceded in death by his father, William J. Culpepper Sr and his brother,  W. Darrell Culpepper.Bill is survived by his wife of 18 years, Lori Culpepper. Sons; Aaron Culpepper, Kenneth Coy and wife, Marcie, Phillip Coy and Joseph Warschauer. Daughter, Emily O’Keefe and husband Nathan. Two sisters and one grandchild,  CoraAnn McAnally-Coy.Services pending.
