Yvonne Catherine Gority

On the morning of July 22, 2024 Yvonne Catherine Gority went to be with her Lord. Born December 1, 1944 she is preceded in death by her parents John and Marie Lockey, brothers Robert "Bobby", Paul, Donnie and David along with her sisters Joanna and Rosemarie. Her legacy lives on through her loving husband of 40 years Donald Gority, her beloved children Jason and Patricia, her four grandchildren Brianna, Derrick "DJ", Dominique and Arianna. Others include her sister Barbara, son-in-law Demarcus Fisher, a multitude of nieces and nephews and her treasured friends. 

Yvonne will be remembered for her love of all people, once you crossed over the threshold of her home you were treated like one of the family. She loved with her entire heart, and nothing made her happier than spending time with the people she loved. She truly made the world a memorable and joyful place. Her absence will be forever felt in the hearts and lives of everyone that she touched.
